Your guide will meet you at the arranged meeting point. Pick up can be arranged in front of the cruise ship, at your hotel or at the Northern Gate of the Palace (the Golden Gate).
You will drive directly to the town of Dubrovnik. The drive lasts around 2-3,5h depending on the traffic.
You will have a walking tour of the old town with a local tour guide and you will see all the important historical and cultural sights of Dubrovnik.
You will have free time to explore the city on your own and have lunch.
After Dubrovnik you will drive to the town of Ston and Mali Ston where you can see the second longest walls in the world behind the Great Wall of China. You can also have free time in Ston or have a lunch break there instead of Dubrovnik.
You will drive back to Split where your tour guide will drop you off at the meeting point or at your hotel.
